I recently had the pleasure of staying at a 4-star hotel in Japan and I must say, it was a fantastic experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff at this place were incredibly attentive and friendly. They always had a smile on their faces and went above and beyond to make me feel like a VIP. The front desk staff were able to speak multiple languages, which made communication a breeze. Even the staff who couldn't speak English tried their best to ensure I felt welcomed and cared for. One instance that really stood out to me was when I caught a cold during my stay. I mentioned it to the staff and they immediately sent over medicines and a thermometer to check if I had a fever. Their customer care was truly exceptional.

In conclusion, I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a luxurious and comfortable stay. The location was great, the service was excellent, and the facilities were top-notch.

Good location, easy access to public transport, and relatively close to the city center. Staff were friendly and provided excellent customer service. The room was very spacious and clean, with all the necessary amenities. The meals offered were delicious and the dining area had a lovely atmosphere. We also had access to a private onsen which was a nice bonus.

The noise level from traffic and the surrounding area made it difficult to get a good night's rest. the breakfast selection was very limited, with no options for those with dietary restrictions.

We had an absolutely wonderful time at this Japanese ryokan. the location was excellent, situated in the perfect spot to explore the onsen town. the traditional Japanese rooms were beautiful with stunning views of the garden. the staff was friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. We were especially impressed with the delicious Japanese breakfast. the private and public baths were fantastic and very rejuvenating. We also appreciated the baby-friendly amenities provided for families.

Communication might be a bit difficult for non-Japanese speakers due to limited English proficiency of some staff members.
